Welcome to all ASLA members who attended Photography 101 in Salt Lake - you were a great audience! Here is the promised time-lapse film. The original was a very large file (280 megs), so I've made this one as small as possible without completely sacrificing quality. Jay Monroe's installation at the Veatch residence took almost 5 hours, and you are seeing 680 individual frames with an elapsed film time of 57 seconds. Next time a client wants to know what goes into an install, show them this!

This movie is a silent, self-contained 42 megabyte QuickTime file. If you are on a dial-up connection, this is going to take quite a while. If you have a friend with a broadband internet connection (DSL, cable modem, or T1 line), it will take but a few seconds to a few minutes. If you do not have QuickTime, it is a FREE cross-platform (Mac or PC) multi-media player from Apple.

If you have any questions, send me an email or give me a call. I'll leave this link up awhile, so if you know anyone who attended this session, please let them know they can now download the movie.

Thanks again,
-Steve
